Tôi đã bắt đầu vào lúc nửa đêm sau 1 chuyến bay dài từ Miền Nam. Chúng tôi đón taxi từ sân bay và về đến khách sạn có cổng an ninh đã khép lại 1 cánh và người bảo vệ sẵn sàng canh giữ trong đêm dài. Hầu như tất cả nhân viên khách sạn đang chờ: chờ chúng tôi, những người khách cuối cùng.

Đây là cảm giác mà chúng tôi nhận được khi ở lại nơi này, họ chờ ở đó để phục vụ chúng tôi không giống như khách hàng, mà có lẻ giống như sự quan tâm của những người thân với nhau.

Ở quầy tiếp tân mọi người rất ân cần. Họ mang đến cho chúng tôi nhiều lời khuyên rất hay và rất hoan nghênh.

Mua bán hàng hóa ở Việt Nam: ở bất cứ nơi nào cũng đều thuận lợi. Chọn sách hướng dẫn và nắm giá cả của hàng hóa và mua bán nếu bạn thích nó. Khách sạn đã đưa cho chúng tôi vài thứ với giá quá cao, nhưng họ cũng mang đến cho chúng tôi nhiều ý kiến hay. Nếu bạn đang tìm kiếm cho mức giá đúng trong khu vực này thì bạn đang rất hoang phí

Dịch vụ tại khách sạn vô cùng thân thiện, nhiệt tình và lịch sự. Đặc biệt tiếp tân Jenny đã giúp đỡ chúng tôi rất nhiều suốt chuyến du lịch của chúng tôi ở Việt Nam Mặc dù phòng tắm cần được nâng cấp. Bất cứ lúc nào, chúng tôi cũng đánh giá cao về khách sạn này.
